Common questions, clear answers.

Quick answers about A3E Cyber, managed cybersecurity, pricing, process serving, and mobile notary service.

Cybersecurity & Managed IT

Protecting and managing your business technology

What does A3E Cyber actually manage?

A3E focuses on remote cybersecurity and managed IT: endpoint protection, monitoring, patching, backups, recovery readiness, account/access security, and the technology controls included in your approved service agreement.

Do you have to come onsite to support my business?

Usually no. A3E is designed as a remote-first service so monitoring, protection, updates, backup oversight, and most support can be handled from anywhere. If a situation truly requires hands-on work, we can discuss the best option.

Can you guarantee that my business will never be hacked?

No cybersecurity provider can honestly guarantee that. The goal is to reduce risk, detect problems earlier, maintain recoverable backups, and make your business much harder to disrupt.

What happens if one of our computers dies or gets hit by ransomware?

If the device is covered by your A3E service and backups are healthy, we use the available recovery options to restore business data and get operations moving again. The exact recovery path depends on the device, backup status, and incident.

Do you protect employee accounts when someone leaves the company?

Yes, when account and access management is part of your scope. Offboarding can include disabling access, removing or transferring permissions, and helping make sure former employees no longer retain business access.

How quickly do you respond?

Routine requests are generally acknowledged within 24 to 48 hours. A work-stopping problem or suspected active security incident should be reported by phone as soon as possible.

Can I see whether my protection and backups are working?

Yes. A3E clients receive a secure client portal with their account, agreement, billing, documents, and a simplified Acronis protection summary when their Acronis customer account is connected.

Pricing & Billing

What clients usually ask before signing

How is monthly pricing calculated?

Baseline pricing is based primarily on the number of managed computers and the agreement term. Your final scope and price are confirmed before you sign.

Is there an onboarding charge?

Yes. The one-time onboarding charge covers the initial setup work required to bring the client into A3E's management and protection environment. The current baseline amount is shown on the Pricing page.

How do monthly payments work?

Recurring billing is handled through Stripe. After monthly autopay is established, Stripe securely stores the payment method and charges the agreed recurring amount each billing cycle.

What if we add another computer later?

Your managed-PC count and monthly service amount can be updated. Any applicable one-time setup charge for the added device can be billed separately, and the recurring Stripe subscription can be updated for future billing.

Compliance Security Support

HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST-based security

Does A3E make my business HIPAA compliant?

A3E can help implement and maintain the security controls, documentation, evidence, and technical processes that support HIPAA Security Rule requirements within our scope. A3E does not provide legal advice or independently certify that your organization is compliant.

What is included in compliance support?

Compliance support can include framework-focused security configuration, policy documentation, control tracking, vulnerability and patch oversight, backup and recovery verification, evidence and reporting support, incident-response documentation, and periodic security reviews.

How do I know whether my organization has a compliance requirement?

Your organization should confirm its applicable legal, contractual, payment-card, industry, or regulatory requirements with the appropriate legal, compliance, regulatory, or contractual authority. A3E supports the technical controls and documentation for requirements you identify; A3E does not determine your legal compliance obligations.

Can A3E help with PCI DSS?

Yes. A3E can support the technical and documentation portions of a PCI DSS security program that fall within the managed environment, including endpoints, patching, vulnerabilities, access, backups, recovery, evidence, and security reviews.

What is the difference between regular protection and compliance management?

Regular managed protection focuses on keeping systems secure, monitored, updated, and recoverable. Compliance management adds recurring framework-focused documentation, control tracking, evidence support, reviews, and maintenance of the security program.

Process Server

18th Judicial Circuit service

Where do you provide process-serving services?

A3E currently offers process serving within Florida's 18th Judicial Circuit, which includes Brevard and Seminole Counties.

What do you need from me to start a service?

Provide the documents to be served, the service address, the subject's identifying information, any deadline, and any useful access or safety information you already have.

Will I receive documentation of the attempts or outcome?

Yes. Service attempts and the final outcome are documented so the requesting party has a clear record of what occurred.

Can you guarantee that someone will be served?

No. A process server can make diligent service attempts, but cannot guarantee that a person will be located, available, or legally served in every matter.

Mobile Notary

Before your appointment

What should I bring to a notary appointment?

Bring the complete document and acceptable government-issued identification. Make sure every required signer is available and able to communicate and participate in the notarial act.

Should I sign the document before the appointment?

Not always. Some notarial acts require the signature to be made or acknowledged in the notary's presence. If you are unsure, leave the signature area unsigned until the appointment.

Can a notary tell me which document or form I need?

No. A notary can perform authorized notarial acts but cannot provide legal advice or choose legal documents for you unless separately qualified to do so.

Do you travel to the signer?

Yes, mobile appointments can be arranged based on availability, location, timing, number of signers, and applicable service or travel charges.
