It's rarely a hacker in a hoodie

Four ways small businesses actually lose data.

Outside attacks get the headlines. In practice, the losses come just as often from a departing employee whose login still works, or a backup nobody ever tried restoring.

Outside attacks

Ransomware, phishing that lands a real invoice payment, malicious downloads, and logins bought off a breach list.

Access that never closed

Former staff with live accounts, shared passwords nobody rotated, and permissions that grew every year and never shrank.

Ordinary mistakes

A folder dragged into the wrong place, a file deleted the day before it's needed, a laptop left in a truck.

Hardware and outages

Drives that die without warning, updates that break the line-of-business app, and downtime with no plan behind it.

One service, not a menu

Your outsourced IT and security team.

Everything below is included. There is no bronze tier that leaves your backups out.

Remote managed IT

Kept running from anywhere

Remote monitoring, support, software deployment, patching, device health, and account changes without building the service around onsite visits.

What's covered

Cybersecurity

Kept protected

Endpoint detection and response, anti-ransomware, web filtering, multi-factor authentication, and regular vulnerability checks.

See the controls

Backup & recovery

Kept recoverable

Managed backups with restores we actually test, so "we have backups" is a fact you can prove rather than a hope.

How recovery works

Employee lifecycle

Kept current

New hires set up on day one with the right access. Departures closed out the same day, across accounts, files, and devices.

Onboarding & offboarding

Free cybersecurity checklist

How protected is your business right now?

Run through the A3E Cyber Small Business Cybersecurity Checklist. It covers accounts, endpoint protection, backups, email, remote work, recovery, and privacy.

How onboarding runs

Four steps, in this order.

  1. 01

    Discover

We inventory employees, computers, applications, email, files, Wi-Fi, and whatever tools you already pay for.

  2. 02

    Assess

We find the gaps in access, backups, updates, malware protection, and recoverability, and rank them by real risk.

  3. 03

    Recommend

You get a plain-English summary of what should stay, what should change, and what it costs. In writing.

  4. 04

    Protect

We onboard, monitor, maintain, and support the approved environment, and report on it every month.

Simple agreements

One service. Two terms.

Every business is a little different. Final monthly pricing is built after we review your devices, users, backup needs, and security requirements.

Security readiness

Practical controls that make your business harder to disrupt.

We focus on the protections small businesses actually need: secured endpoints, MFA, patching, monitored backups, access control, and a recovery plan.

Before you call

Questions owners ask us first.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Routine support requests are acknowledged within 24 to 48 hours. Work-stopping problems such as an outage, a failed backup, or a suspected breach are handled ahead of routine requests. Most issues are resolved remotely without waiting for a site visit.

Do I have to replace the computers I already have?

No. The assessment tells you which machines are still safe to run, which need updates, and which are genuinely past end of life. You decide what to replace and when.

We only have a handful of employees. Are we too small?

Small businesses are the target this service is built for. Attackers pick smaller organizations precisely because they usually have no IT staff, no backups they have tested, and no offboarding process.

Will this help us qualify for cyber insurance?

Most carriers now require multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, tested backups, and documented access control. We put those in place and help you prepare the technical answers on the application. A3E Cyber Solutions LLC is not an insurance agency and does not sell policies.

Does A3E make my business HIPAA compliant?

A3E provides HIPAA Security Support by helping implement and maintain applicable technical controls, documentation, evidence, and security processes. A3E does not provide legal advice or independently certify that an organization is compliant.

Can A3E help with PCI DSS?

Yes. PCI DSS Security Support can include endpoint security, patching and vulnerability oversight, backup and recovery verification, access-control support, documentation, evidence tracking, and periodic security reviews within the agreed scope.

What is the difference between regular protection and compliance management?

Regular managed protection focuses on keeping systems secure, monitored, updated, and recoverable. Compliance management adds recurring documentation, control tracking, evidence support, reviews, and framework-focused security oversight.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your data is yours. On cancellation you receive your documentation, credentials, and backup exports, and we assist with a clean handoff to whoever takes over.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. Monitoring, patching, and most support happen remotely. On-site work is available across Brevard County, Florida for hardware, cabling, and new-office setup.
